Collection at the Columbia Invitational Memorial Day Tournament

C4BF will be collecting cleats (athletic shoes) and other equipment May 28-30, 2011 at the Columbia Invitational Memorial Day Tournament; coordinated by Elite Tournaments. There will be collection sites at UMBC, OBGC and Covenant Park. 

Cleats collected during the tournament will contribute to our next goal of 1,000 cleats for needy young soccer players in the US, the Caribbean and Africa.

Start Your Own C4BF Collection

Cleats for Bare Feet is currently setting up summer collections throughout the US. If you would like to set up your own collection, contact us with your ideas. Our past drop off locations include local business, soccer clubs, tournaments, college matches, schools, homes and even more places.

Collections are ideal summer projects for high school students looking to become involved in something meaningful- not to mention beneficial for resumes and college applications.

There are plenty of opportunities with C4BF to contribute in ways that are personally rewarding and make a visible impact on the lives of children around the world.

Equipment Distributed in Virginia

Check out a few pictures from some of our sporting equipment recipients in Virginia. The Virginia Legacy Soccer Club Community Partnership (VLSCCP) received several boxes of cleats for their program in Williamsburg, Virginia. VLSCCP operates an after-school and weekend program serving nearly 300 children. We applaud their efforts to make soccer more inclusive and extend opportunities to the youth in their community.
